EN: What are your payment terms?
We usually accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) and L/C (Letter of Credit) at sight.

For T/T: 30% deposit in advance to start production, and the 70% balance payment before shipment (or against the copy of the B/L).

For L/C: We accept 100% Irrevocable L/C at sight.
We are willing to discuss other payment terms for long-term strategic cooperators.
We hold CE certification (for EU standards), ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management System), and SONCAP (for African markets such as Nigeria). For specific export destinations, we provide all necessary documentation including the Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, and fumigation certificates. Our 25-year export team is well-versed in handling customs clearance issues to ensure your goods arrive smoothly.
Quality is our top priority. We have a strict 5-step quality inspection process: 1) Raw material inspection upon arrival, 2) Inline inspection during production, 3) Welding and assembly inspection, 4) Pre-painting surface treatment inspection, and 5) Final random inspection before container loading. We also welcome third-party inspections such as SGS, BV, or TUV before shipment upon client's request.
For a standard 20ft or 40ft container order, our production lead time is typically 25 to 35 days after receiving the deposit. For urgent project orders, we have a dedicated emergency production line that can shorten the time to 15-20 days. As for shipping, it usually takes 15-30 days to EU ports, 25-35 days to the Middle East, and 30-40 days to African ports (depending on the carrier).
Our standard MOQ is 1*20GP container, but we are flexible for engineering projects. For large-scale real estate, hotel, or villa projects, we support full OEM/ODM services. You can customize the door sizes, surface colors, lock systems, and even add your company logo. Our engineering team provides CAD drawings and technical support to match your exact architectural specifications.
